The Student Life Coach offers individual life coaching sessions which are held online or over the phone - whatever you're most comfortable with.
The sessions provide support and guidance to help manage issues such as:
Anxiety, Stress, Low Mood, Motivation, Managing Change, Isolation, Low Confidence and Depression.
This might look like:
'I feel overwhelmed with everything and don't know how to cope'
'Uni isn't what I thought it would be like and I feel down about it'
'I've got no motivation to do the things I need or want to do'
'I don't feel good enough'
'I don't know if I'm making the right decisions about my future'

During your sessions, we will identify what it is you want to achieve and develop a step by step guide on how to get you there.
You’ll receive a personalised action plan following your first session and we will use follow up sessions to talk through progress, identify any barriers and find ways of overcoming them.
Through the principles of Life Coaching, we will challenge any internal negative thoughts and ideas and explore alternative ways of thinking and processing information.
The Student Life Coach exists to make the idea of reaching out for help a little less scary and a little more do-able.

Maintenance sessions available to keep you on track
The Sessions are online instant chats or voice calls via Skype, Zoom, Instagram or telephone and conducted by myself; The Student Life Coach + qualified Mental Health Nurse.
I have extensive experience of working with students with a variety of complex and varying wellbeing and mental health issues.
The approaches suggested in your action plan will vary from person to person depending on individual needs, learning styles and preference.
I offer a FREE 1.2.1 Check-In Chat.
The Check-In's are 20 minutes and are conducted through Zoom, Instagram or Skype.
During this session we will have a chat about any wellbeing or mental health issues in a relaxed, non-judgemental space.
If you'd like a more in-depth session, we offer individual life coaching sessions, tailored around meeting your personal needs.
The sessions provide a more in-depth and personalised supportive session, built around you and your needs.
You will receive individually tailored strategies, tips and tricks to help you manage your specific issues and challenges.
Following this session you will receive a bespoke action plan based on our discussion, which aims at supporting you to move forward through such challenges in a positive way.
The sessions are conducted via Zoom, Instagram ,Skype or over the phone. Whatever you feel most comfortable with.
The Maintenance sessions review how things have gone since we last spoke and what can be done to support you now.
We will talk about what has worked well for you and what needs to change. We will tweak the action plan to ensure it continues to suit you as an individual.
You will receive in the moment tips and tricks to help you manage issues and challenges.
