  Hi there! My name is Rachel and I’m The Student Life Coach + Mental Health Nurse. 


I'm here to make the idea of reaching out for help a little less scary and a little more do-able. 


I provide online 1.2.1 support and guidance to college, sixth form and university students to help manage common mental health & wellbeing issues such as:


Anxiety, Stress, Low Mood, Motivation, Managing Uncertainty and Depression. 


 Following each session you will receive an individualised action plan with personalised coping mechanisms and tips and tricks to help you manage how you're feeling.

The Sessions are online and conducted by myself;  Life Coach + qualified and Mental Health Nurse.


 I have extensive experience of working with students with a variety of complex and varying wellbeing and mental health issues.  


 The approaches suggested in your action plan will vary from person to person depending on individual needs, learning styles and preference.

I offer a FREE 1.2.1 Check-In Chat.


The Check-In's are 20 minutes and are conducted through Zoom, Instagram or Skype. 


During this session we will have a chat about any wellbeing or mental health issues in a relaxed, non-judgemental space.


If you'd like a more in-depth session, I also offer Wellbeing 1:1 sessions, tailored around meeting your personal needs.

The Wellbeing sessions provide a more in-depth and personalised supportive session, built around you and your needs. 


You will receive individually tailored strategies, tips and tricks to help you manage your specific issues and challenges.


Following this session you will receive a bespoke action plan based on our discussion, which aims at supporting you to move forward through such challenges in a positive way.

The Maintenance sessions review how things have gone since we last spoke and what can be done to support you now.


We will talk about what has worked well for you and what needs to change. We will tweak the action plan to ensure it continues to suit you as an individual.


You will receive in the moment tips and tricks to help you manage issues and challenges.
